3. Membership and Access

4. Code of Conduct

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
5. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations
All fees for memberships, workshops, and other services are as advertised on our online platform or communicated directly.
- Membership Renewals: Memberships are typically on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our stated cancellation policy.
- Workshop Cancellations: Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly stated at the time of registration.
- Late Payments: ForgeCraft CoLab reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend access to services for overdue payments.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of intellectual property created by you while using our facilities. However, by participating in workshops or showcasing your work within ForgeCraft CoLab, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work for promotional and educational purposes related to ForgeCraft CoLab, with appropriate attribution.
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ForgeCraft CoLab or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our platform without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ForgeCraft CoLab provides its services and facilities "as is" and "as available". We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services for any purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability
